Filter disc is made of mesh and punch die by CNC punch pressing into pieces ,usually have one layer, two layer,three layer ,the most will be get 5 layers ,after combination , spot welding, edging or sintering . The filter element can be remove impurities in the medium operating equipment to work normally,to achieve a stable process.It is widely used in the filtration process in medicine,petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, ship and chemical fiber products.
